They might have arrived at Wimbledon for the tennis, but Eddie Redmayne and Bradley Cooper looked more pleased to see each other than the men’s final as they bumped into each other on Centre Court this afternoon.
English actor Eddie, 35, welcomed American Bradley, 42, with open arms.
They both grinned widely as they hugged affectionately – showing there was no animosity after Eddie won the lead actor Oscar for his portrayal of Stephen Hawking in The Theory Of Everything over Bradley Cooper for American Sniper in 2015.
Both men wore blue suits – with Eddie choosing a lighter hue while Bradley chose a rich navy.
But eventually Eddie found his seat next to acting legend Hugh Grant.
The 56-year-old politely greeted Hannah before chatting closely to Eddie.
Earlier, Eddie arrived with his wife Hannah Bagshawe.
He put an arm protectively around her as they arrived.
She wore a bright blue knitted dress with stripes and floral detail.
Meanwhile, Kate Middleton was a vision in white as she arrived at the Royal Box with her husband Prince William.
Her delicate cap-sleeved skater dress had a pretty jumble of wildflowers at the hem that reached up to her waist.
She wore her newly chopped hair in loose waves that fell to her shoulders.
Meanwhile, Wills wore a light blue suit jacket with a dark blue tie.
