WatchMojo Goes Live from YouTube Space New York

WatchMojo, the colossus of the Top 10 countdown list format with 8 billion all-time video views and 15 million subscribers, is thrilled to announce its upcoming WatchMojo Live initiative, a live-streamed day-long event for both industry and fans taking place at YouTube Space in Chelsea on May 31, 2017.

As the digital world’s foremost curator of pop culture and infotainment, launching a series of shows in creative hubs across the world is the next logical step for WatchMojo. And at a time when so many elected officials are calling for more border walls and barriers, WM Live will boldly celebrate YouTube, The boundaryless, limitless world platform, by exploring the theme Creativity Travels: Media in the Age of the Global Stage.

The New York event will be comprised of two parts: a daytime live-panel forum featuring creative industry leaders, and an evening celebration showcasing exciting musical guests and entertainments… and fans!

WM Live Creative Forum (2 PM – 5 PM)

A series of live-streamed panel discussions with marketers, creators, ad agency executives and other content leaders about the modern explosion of global creativity. Notable participants include keynote speaker Anthony Batt (WEVR), moderators Sahil Patel (Digiday) and Joshua Cohen (Tubefilter and the Streamy Awards), Matt Steinwald (Deep Focus), John Hamilton (UNTLD), Adam Shlachter (Zenith), Rich Antoniello (Complex Media), Kim Snow (Google’s Unskippable Labs).

WM Live Party (6 PM – 9 PM)

A full-on, raucous block-party celebration with musical performances by Brooklyn indie rockers Caveman, fun and funky EDM artist, Dan Deacon, larger than life YouTube sensation Puddles Pity Party, and scratch DJ Killa-Jewel.
