Nearly two years after its first meeting, the board of Triumph Gulf Coast voted to officially incorporate.

The board voted at a meeting Monday at Florida State University’s Panama City campus to authorize Allan Bense, board chairman, to file incorporation documents once Gov. Rick Scott signs the bill transferring the first $300 million payment of BP’s $1.5 billion settlement for the 2010 oil spill.
