CIF-SOUTHERN SECTION FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS
SERVITE (6-4) VS. MISSION VIEJO (10-0)
Where, when: Mission Viejo High, 7:30 p.m.
Analysis: Servite finished fifth in the six-team Trinity League with a 1-4 league record. All six Trinity League teams got berths in the 16-team Division 1 bracket. Mission Viejo won the South Coast League championship, as usual. The Diablos beat a Trinity League team, third-place Santa Margarita 28-23 in September. Servite has a terrific defensive backfield but that group might have trouble covering Mission Viejo receivers Olaijah Griffin and Austin Osborne.
Winner: Mission Viejo
EDISON (7-3) VS. LA HABRA (7-3)

La Habra will win if it regularly hassles Edison’s superb quarterback, Griffin O’Connor, who must watch out for Highlanders interception machine Clark Phillips III.
Winner: La Habra
EL TORO (6-4) VS. VILLA PARK (9-1)
Where, when: El Modena High, 7 p.m.
Analysis: El Toro quarterback Cooper Jones is seventh in O.C. with 2,630 yards passing because he is good and so is the Chargers’ deep group of receivers. Villa Park has the defense to limit the damage Jones and Co. can do. The Spartans, averaging 43 points a game, have the offense to outscore El Toro.
Winner: Villa Park
