Yes, Trinity League games do get teams ready for playoffs, as shown by Lancers’ 28-25 upset win over Chamiade.

Tritons lost final two games of 2017, to Mission Viejo and then to Rancho Cucamonga in Division 1 first round.

8. Capistrano Valley 11-0 (173)

Division 4 top-seeded Cougars rolled to a 35-6 win over Carter of Rialto.

9. Corona del Mar 11-0 (173)

Tae Le made a “Roggin’s Heroes”-worthy one-handed catch for winning touchdown in 42-35 win over Roosevelt.

Chargers gritted out a tough 28-27 overtime road win over La Habra.
