Intelligent Office, a provider of virtual office services and co-working space for professionals, engaged Parallel Path, a data-driven, full-service marketing agency, to rebrand the company, execute a redesign of its brand identity and develop a new website. The efforts have already produced impressive year-over-year increases in lead volume, organic web traffic and mobile conversion rates.

Founded in 1995, Intelligent Office is the pioneer of the co-working/virtual office concept. As the workforce evolved over the years, strong demand for services led to an increasingly crowded sector and more competition. In order to better differentiate its services and offerings from newcomer brands, Intelligent Office set out to refresh and refine its brand identity and web presence.

As Intelligent Office’s digital Agency of Record since 2010, Parallel Path was tasked with brand positioning, development of a messaging platform, the redesign of its brand identity and logo, as well as web content, traditional collateral and digital media asset creation. The firm also built a new website leveraging market insights and user and customer behavior data gleaned over more than seven years.

One month after the launch of the website, Intelligent Office saw dramatic year-over-year results, including:
