Moore Insurance, a Houston area agency offering asset protection assistance and financial planning services to communities in east Texas, is launching a regional charity effort to provide publicity assistance and generate donations for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
Founded in 1991, the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF) has raised nearly $30 million in donations that has been used to further research efforts into all forms of childhood brain cancer. This event is organized to help generate community support for the upcoming Starry Night 5K walk/run event scheduled for September 16th.
“We know there is a cure out there and that the loss of a child is something we can help prevent,” says Jared Moore, the founder and principal agent of Moore Insurance.
To publicize the Starry Night event and help promote the ongoing efforts of the PBTF, Moore Insurance is connecting with local policy makers, associates, friends, and families over a series of email and social media platforms. Moore and his team are also producing a full length feature article detailing the charity event which will be released in a new edition of the firm’s online community interest magazine “Our Hometown”: http://mooreinsuranceteam.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_39.
Moore Insurance is a senior affiliate of the “Agents of Change” national charity assistance initiative, and has worked with well over a dozen charitable organizations operating in the Houston area over the last several years. Going forward, the firm plans to continue to select and work with even more east Texas nonprofits on a regular basis.
