Forty 7 Ronin Announces Major Progress in 2017

New product initiatives, expanded partnerships, new services launches, and especially, the addition of great team members, makes us all feel very optimistic about 2018 and beyond.

Forty 7 Ronin, a rapidly expanding industry leader in contact center and interactive voice response (IVR) design and deployment, today announced continued dramatic growth across every key aspect of its business during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017.

During 2017, Forty 7 Ronin achieved these notable milestones:

  • Year-over-year revenue growth of 82%
  • Expansion of client base by 23%
  • Addition of several notable partnerships
  • Strengthening of the technical services team with three new experts
  • Launch of three new services initiatives

Forty 7 Ronin was pleased to welcome J.T. Evans as Consultant for Voice Solutions Design; Lyndell “Lyn” Gibson as Consultant for Agile Project Management; and Jason Frohnheiser as Senior Reporting Consultant. Evans, Gibson, and Frohnheiser are important individuals in the company’s ability to add new contact center and IVR services.

The company also launched several partnership initiatives with leading companies like Genesys, Cyara and Data 102. In August, Forty 7 Ronin held a joint online event focused on CX and IVR optimization with Cyara, the market-leading provider of an omnichannel discovery, testing and monitoring SaaS platform. Attendees learned how to provide a great customer experience (CX), delivered quickly, across all channels, including IVRs, web, chat and email.
