Evans, Gibson, and Frohnheiser are important individuals in the company’s ability to add new contact center and IVR services.
The company also launched several partnership initiatives with leading companies like Genesys, Cyara and Data 102. In August, Forty 7 Ronin held a joint online event focused on CX and IVR optimization with Cyara, the market-leading provider of an omnichannel discovery, testing and monitoring SaaS platform. Attendees learned how to provide a great customer experience (CX), delivered quickly, across all channels, including IVRs, web, chat and email.
