Crystal Clear Intensifies Focus on Client Education, Satisfaction and Tech Training

April Linden, Executive VP of Training and Implementation for Crystal Clear, is a veteran and expert trainer in the aesthetics industry with over 20 years of experience consulting for hundreds of plastic surgery practices throughout the U.S., Canada and Australia. She has played an active role in the launch and development of several software programs currently in use by thousands of practices worldwide. In her previous position as Director of Client Services for Real Patient Ratings, April effectively sold and serviced one of the largest plastic surgery ratings and review platforms with over 400 providers. Using patient satisfaction data, she consulted with surgeons and med spas on how to manage and monitor their sales process to drive satisfaction, conversions, retention, and referrals.

As the Executive Vice President of Training and Implementation, April will be leading Crystal Clear’s National Training Team, traveling across the United States to work in the trenches of client practices with one end goal in mind.
