Company Celebrates Anniversary by Giving Website to a Florida Non-profit

A Florida charity or association needing a website upgrade will have a chance to get one for free when Digital Opps gives away a $5,000 website to celebrate its sixth anniversary.

Digital Opps, the digital marketing division of long-time Tallahassee-based public relations firm RB Oppenheim Associates (RBOA), is calling it their “Cinco de Digital” initiative.

“We thought we’d celebrate this milestone for Digital Opps by giving something back to one of the non-profit organizations that has given so much to our communities or state,” said Michael Winn, Digital Opps’ chief digital officer. “Though Cinco de Mayo may be past, it will be Cinco de Digital all month, and we’re looking forward to giving a great charity or association something to celebrate.”

Digital Opps was launched on May 5, 2011 – the fifth day of the fifth month – by Winn and RB Oppenheim Associates’ CEO Rick Oppenheim. Since then, the firm has developed 85 websites for local, state and national entities. They decided to celebrate their anniversary by donating a $5,000 website to a local or state not-for-profit group. Non-profit organizations – including charities and associations – interested in being considered should go to rboa.com/web-design-tallahassee-non-profits and complete a short online form May 31. There is no cost to enter. The selected organization will be announced June 5.
