The gym first appeared in the park in 2012 and sports enthusiasts have been adding to it ever since.

The set of equipment has steadily grown and now includes a range of machines and weights.

The ingenious kit is constructed from whatever was available to hand.

Many of the machines are made largely from wood.

Metal tubes, tyres, car wheels, cast iron brake rotors and kettle bells are also used to provide the finishing touches.
