78 international organizations were singled out for implementing the most effective and elite practices in enterprise education and workforce development. Human Capital Media (HCM), publisher of Chief Learning Officer magazine, has announced the finalists for the 2018 LearningElite, its rigorous annual ranking and benchmarking program.
According to Sarah Kimmel, vice president of research and advisory services for HCM, advanced evaluation methods were used to determine the latest LearningElite list, “objectively identifying those enterprises whose training and development initiatives can be connected directly to improved business outcomes.” The analysis also “yielded valuable benchmarking data that validates the impact of effective training and development initiatives on performance and provides other organizations with learning strategies they can use to be more competitive,” Kimmel said.
In recognition of their accomplishments, the following organizations were named to the 2018 LearningElite. Individual rankings for these finalists will be announced during a gala awards dinner at CLO Symposium 2018, taking place March 26-28 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
